"Perfect place to stay, clean, beautiful view and the owner and son are very kind people and saved my stay because I had made a reservation at another place called LA SERENATTA in Diamond and after making the reservation and flying 9 hours and driving 3 Hours arriving at night after 8 the place was closed and with no one waiting for us leaving us alone in the middle of the boche yblas diamond mountains. "This was a fabulous apartment centrally located with a parking garage up the road for 20 euro. The host was kind and very responsive. Check in was simple and he even brought us more coffee when we ran out, in less than five minutes. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was one of the best I have ever had. "Vincenzo the host was incredibly kind in answering questions about the area and by the end of my stay I considered him a friend that I would invite to my home. Incredibly personable and from what I saw from other guests he took the time to accommodate to their needs. "We had a wonderful stay at this quintessential Calabrian B&B. The location is perfect as there are a few cafes very close by and it is a short walk to the downtown promenade with endless restaurants and fabulous people watching. Parking was easy and free. "Calabria is a province of hilltop villages and just outside San Vincenzo La Costa is this peaceful mountain refuge. The driveway is daunting at first but passable in any car and easy once you have done it. Host Claudia stocked the place with jam, bread and coffee and did everything to make me feel at home. There is great hiking from the house and even better a short drive away, and it easy to access all the wonders of Calabria in an hours drive in any direction. I cannot wait to come back."
