"An amazing stay on all fronts. Staff very friendly and attentive. Excellent facilities including gym and spa. The garden was a great place to relax with a drink in the evening. Only slight blot was that we had a big cobweb in our room above the desk area which was not cleaned away during our five night stay. So, only 4 stars given for cleanliness. But otherwise, Excellent! Highly recommend."

"Alsace room. Great price vs. location. Actually very short distance to center of Strasbourg. Clean and friendly staff. One minor issue is some leaking water out of shower booth probably due to gap between shower booth door and its bottom whenever using. Other than it, it was great."
