"My family and I loved this cute guest house next to the woods.The hosts were accommodating and easy to communicate with. The details in the house felt like it was really cared for. It was warm and welcoming, and very comfortable. "I have enjoyed several VRBO rentals and paid for big one in Los Angeles area soon The one at Gross Isle Michigan did not work out for me. I planned and took my mother with her walker there, and found out that the rental is upstairs floor with 14 narrow steps to climb up. I did not know it was a floor up with that many steps. "High end furnishings with very comfortable beds in a unique property with the oasis of the pool and hot tubs. We stayed to be close to family in the city but still have some recreation space and this was perfect."

"Me and my 3 gf’s had a wonderful time. The weather was great and the deck right next to the water is awesome!! There were some things that were broken in the house that were like that when we arrived. It didn’t affect our stay unless we wanted to hide the oven. The lack of an outlet by the sink in the bathroom was a problem. We had to do your hair in one of the bedrooms. The decorations are cute but some repairss are needed. It was one of the more reasonable priced ones though."

"A lovely stay for a family holiday! The hosts were so kind and communicative. The house was clean, easy to find, and as listed. We really enjoyed the beach, the view of incoming storms and the kitchen and living areas. The hosts also had left a lot of entertainment options - multiple tvs, books, games and a scavenger hunt for the kids. A great set up for our family of 8. We just we had more time - we didn’t make it to the hot tub! "

"The staff member was very understanding because our daughter missed her connection flight and had to find a room close to the airport. The receptionist said that MI law prohibits checking in a 19 yo without paperwork. She worked with us to send a responsibility note to make sure that our daughter wasn't out on the street. So appreciative for her understanding!!"
