"Colonels Mark and Beth are spectacular! Col. Mark went out of his way to make out stay enjoyable. The home itself is magnificent, adorned with beautiful antiques, tapestries and rugs. The breakfasts cooked by Colonel Beth were wonderful. I very highly recommend this bed and breakfast! (By the way both Mark and Beth are actual colonels from their military service!) However, I would not recommend our room, the "Jacuzzi room"; because the jacuzzi/ bathroom is not in the room. You need to walk out...

"We had a wonderful time staying here. The house has historic charm while still being updated for modern conveniences. We really enjoyed the pool in the hot summer temperatures. The location is very convenient to downtown shopping and restaurants. We are already looking at dates to book next year."

"The property is beautiful and private which we loved. We did wish there had been a bigger communal dining table so we could have all gathered in one space, but we made it work with the addition of two card tables that we brought. It has a wonderful kitchen - the appliances were wonderful, but it was severely under appointed. No serving bowls, one mixing bowl, one frying pan and an odd mix of flat baking pans and utensils. There were several scuff marks, etc on walls, so it had a somewhat unclean...
