"Upon arrival we saw several dogs, a goat and horse in the yard. I called the owner and he came out the back. He said those animals would stay in the front yard so we’d have to enter and exit through the back door. My husband and myself walked through and the elderly owner was kind but underprepared. The house smelled like dogs, dogs ran up to us and actually peed on the carpet infront of us. The owner stated his wife had recently passed and he had been trying to clean for weeks. "Great house in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. We came in town for a basketball tournament and could not have picked a better home to stay in. Very comfortable in every way. Clean and supplied with everything you need. Off street parking and the guest cottage was also top notch. One of our coaches stay in the cottage and could not have asked for anything better. "very nice property. getting the fire started was hard as the wood was all damp, but we managed! :) place is great. kitchen is well stocked with things you need to cook. could use a few extra blankets for in the living room. The Tv in the living room is VERY VERY blue. I tried messing with the settings to even it out, but it was no help. That is something that needs to be looked at. Bring fire starters and lighter or matches. "

"It was a quick trip but convenient and exactly what we need! Straight to the point unit and had everything equipped for a short or long term stay. Very close to downtown! Will definitely be in the top consideration if was to visit Charlotte again! "

"Pro: The apartment decorating looks beautiful and warm. It's makes you feel like home. It was not far to explore the places in town. There’s lot of restaurants close by. The host was very easy to communicated with and very helpful. Con: The first night we got in the apartment, one of the bed sheets smelled like somebody sweat, one of them lamp ain’t working but it wasn’t a big deal.
