"Upon arrival we saw several dogs, a goat and horse in the yard. I called the owner and he came out the back. He said those animals would stay in the front yard so we’d have to enter and exit through the back door. My husband and myself walked through and the elderly owner was kind but underprepared. The house smelled like dogs, dogs ran up to us and actually peed on the carpet infront of us. The owner stated his wife had recently passed and he had been trying to clean for weeks. "Great house in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. We came in town for a basketball tournament and could not have picked a better home to stay in. Very comfortable in every way. Clean and supplied with everything you need. Off street parking and the guest cottage was also top notch. One of our coaches stay in the cottage and could not have asked for anything better. Kimberly and her husband where great hosts and very communicative on everything. Highly recommend this house if you coming...

"We like the work out room and the was hire and dryer convenience. Unfortunately, there was no hot tub because the water was too cold to get into. The room was nice, but the paint job was messy and spotty. The toilet did not flush very well. We had to push down really hard to flush it. Maybe have a drop off box inside the garage area so we don’t have to bring the fab and garage pass down and then have to bring it back upon the room to check out. Just suggestions for future. Thank you."
