Villa Milivita is a luxurious mansion with a private pool, immersed in the greenery of nature that reigns over the magical countryside of Monopoli. This exclusive and historic mansion has been restructured with peculiarity and furnished with high quality furniture, both on the interior and exterior.
Villa Milivita reaches a total surface area of 250msq based on two floors, with a capacity of welcoming up to 12 guests within its structure. The ground floor hosts an ample dining area furnished with taste and embellished by warm and welcoming colors. Adjacent to the dining area, we find a modern fully furnished kitchen, equipped with a variety of household appliances.
The night-time area includes: Two master bedrooms with queen-size beds with furnished en-suite bathrooms, and a bedroom with two single beds. To compile with services, we can find a comforting and furnished bathroom with laundry corner and a small storage area for the luggage. Lastly, on the ground floor we find a staircase that takes you to the first floor. Here, we can find another master bedroom with queen size bed and with a furnished en-suite bathroom and by an solarium terrace equipped tanning and sun-beds, where it is possible to enjoy the breathtaking sea-view and the beautiful panorama of the countryside.
Separated from the main body of the villa, there is an independent apartment, consisting of two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Surrounded by a dry-stone fences and a rose garden with green grass framing this authentic image. Home away from home
We stayed one week with our three children (ages 7, 5 and 5) in Villa Milavita. We all directly felt so comfortabel in this beautiful villa. With its perfect scale and magical pool it is a hidden gem. We enjoyed the surroundings, seaside aswell as the countryside. The local alimentari and the bakery (fresh cornetti in the morning) are highly appreciated.

A family holiday
What a fantastic Villa! Went for 7 nights with family. Spacious, very clean , well equipped. The views were fantastic. The beds were really comfortable. Loved the pool even though it wasn't heated i went in it every day. Great wood oven and bbq. We used these a lot. We had the upstairs bedroom which led out onto a really large balcony and a couple of steps down was a terrace with table and chairs. We sat there early evenings with a glass of vino and watched the sunset. What would make this a perfect holiday would be a bar/restaurant within a 10 minute walk from the Villa. We had to drive to restaurants and supermarkets. I would highly recommend this villa if you want a relaxing holiday . We couldn't fault it.

Nice Property but a bit too far out of town for us. Had to drive everywhere so having a few drinks with dinner in town wasn't an option as we needed to drive. The villa has been nicely renovated but the following is why I would give it a 'fair to good' rating only: Beds: We found the mattresses on the beds to be VERY uncomfortable for a high end property. We had just come from a hotel and compared to that, the beds in the Villa were like sleeping on a board. I think they need to revisit the comfort expected by people who are going to pay top dollar for a rental. Towels: The towels were cheap and didn't absorb any water when you got out of the shower. They must have been new as they were still shedding white cotton pieces all over our bodies when we were trying to dry off. Seemed very poor quality for a high end villa BBQ: The racks for the BBQ were not anywhere to be found while we were there. Turns out they were put away in storage somewhere??? Note to all: this is NOT a gas BBQ. Not sure what you are supposed to use for fuel (Briquettes or wood). No instructions and both would be very messy. A gas BBQ for travelers would be much more efficient and easy. Iron & Ironing Board: No Iron or ironing board at the villa. We were heading out to dinner and wanted to press some clothes. Looked everywhere for these items and couldn't find. Called the property manager and he had someone bring them by the next day. Too late... a high end property should have these things at your fingertips. Only one bed had linens on it: We rented the entire Villa for the week yet when we got there only one of the beds in the main room was made up with Linens... why? At my home, all of the spare rooms have linens on them at all times. It make the rooms look complete. Sometimes it is the little things that takes a property from good to great. Although the Villa was nicely renovated, the small things still need to be worked on.
