Sofia, the concierge, was amazing at helping get things set up for me (transfers, rental of a quad) and providing itinerary ideas. The staff who deliver breakfast each day were lovely and helpful. "Chelidonia Traditional Villas has an amazing view and if I find myself on Santorini again I'd re-book it. The staff were superb -- very friendly and helpful and even made restaurant bookings for us. You need to be reasonably fit to stay here -- it was 88 steps down to the villa from the main street in Oia, and of course Oia itself requires a bit of climbing to walk around on anything but the main street, as it's built on a cliff. "Lovely hotel. My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and stayed in a honeymoon suite. It was the highlight of our entire honeymoon. The place can be hard to find when you’re first coming in to Oia, so we definitely recommend doing the ferry or airport transfer the hotel offers which includes staff that carry your bags and guide you to the hotel. There is a rooftop that’s perfect for watching the sunset. No need to reserve a sunset watching spot 1-2 hours early like everyone else in Oia....
