"The house is certainly as good as it looks, and worked perfectly for our huge group size. Everyone got a decent bed, and there was more than enough space for all 16 of us to enjoy!The only major let down was a stinkbug infestation which we had to clean up on the first night. I still found two in my bed the next day. It seemed like the house had not been looked over that day, or possibly the last few at least, due to the build up of insect bodies. "What a quiet and relaxing weekend! Mr Donovan and his property are just truly amazing! We had a lovely stay in this rustic place. Everything was comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook simple meals and just hang out. We enjoyed walking the property and surrounding neighborhood, and I really loved Looking at his pottery shop and talking with Mr. Donovan. We got a kick out of him riding his giant 3 wheeled bike with his dogs! What a friendly, wonderful man! FYI, there’s no streaming...

"This is the second time we have stayed here. The unit is spacious, clean, and well stocked. The owners do a nice job of communicating and have a very useful book on the area. We would highly recommend small to medium groups. "

"Very quiet neighborhood, close to stores, etc. We liked the fenced yard for our dogs. Home is a bit older. Kitchen was fairly equipped. It could have used a couple bigger pans etc. only had a small fry pan so hard to cook for a family. Otherwise not too bad. Sofa was not very comfortable. It’s been used a lot so an update would be nice. Beds were squeaky as well as the floor and a bit hard for our complete comfort but others may like that. Had a couple minor issues but they were handled quickly...
