"Sadly we had to be in the area for a funeral but it was an excellent location for us as it was 15 min away from where we had to go. The house and amenities were excellent very clean and we walked our dog each morning down to the beach area. The house has a huge fenced in back yard that was also nice since we almost always travel with our dog. Host was great and responsive check in was no problem. It was just the two of us and our dog but home has lots of room if you have more people."

"This place was nice to rent for MDW with some friends. It was clean, very close to the beach (2 min walk away), and was in a great area. Was also a walk away from restaurants and bars. A few disappointments that future renters should be aware of. The listing states shower towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap would be provided and NONE of these were. They also do NOT have WiFi. So if your looking to connect your phone, a device, or watch TV you can’t. All in all, a pretty solid listing."

"We stopped here as a midway point on a road trip and it was a great place to stay for a night in Ocean Grove. Conveniently located near the beach and not far from Asbury Park. Would definitely recommend!"

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for the whole family. The house is literally one block from the beach. The home has a great layout and updated. Generally, the beds were ok but the master bed was a little too firm for our liking. Great location, would stay here again!"

"We had 10 people and the place fit everyone comfortably. Yes it needs a decor overhaul but it was fine. Communication with property manager was very poor. Asked for 45 min early check-in no response. Asked for dishwasher detergent no response. Great location, very close to all our wedding festivities."

"This house is beautiful. The kitchen is amazing and there was plenty of room. We were 9 adults and a dog and were never crowded. There's a front porch, patio, and balconies so if someone wanted some quiet they could escape the rest of us. And it's 1000 steps to the beach and a short walk to town. We loved the location and we're hoping to get back there."

"Juelz was the perfect host and helped my party of 8 have a great time in Asbury Park. The house is beautiful and a nice cozy spot that is only minutes from the main attractions here. I would absolutely come back here again if I was to be in Asbury Park as it absolutely was a better option than the hotels here."

"In all my years of travel I have never found a place I love as much as this!! The location is central to anything you could want or need. The house is well spaced and overflowing with extras like bikes (you will love) a spacious floor plan and a dreamy back patio with a hot tub and heated pool! The smell of the ocean carries on the breeze and you will surely discover as I have that Heaven really does have an address."

"As advertised! The space worked well for our multi-generational family weekend, since everyone can handle stairs. The bedroom with bunk beds is good for kids or shorter adults. Bathrooms are great, and unlike a lot of rentals the kitchen is stocked with everything you'd possibly need! You really can see the ocean from both the large deck and some of the windows. This part of Belmar is perfect for families."
