"I loved the boathouse...it was a beautifully rural location...it is next to a working boat yard...but it wasnt noisy..water has such a calming effect..the stay relaxed us so much...its a perfect stay if you want to switch off from the world for a little bit...i would definitely go back again.. "This house is fantastic. Our favorite property in our month long UK adventure. The house was very clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped. All the appliances worked and the kitchen was spacious and modern. The location in Uig was perfect. Close to the major sights we wanted to see. Skye roads can be challenging and we were so glad this property was easily accessible. Our favorite thing about this house were the spectacular views! We lived our stay here!"

"This was the perfect spot for our exploration of Isle of Skye. The cottage was exactly as pictured, the bed comfortable, the view impeccable,and the hosts lovely. They met us on arrival to show us some things in the house and gave us fresh bed an homemade jam. They were very responsive to questions. The beautiful old church has been thoughtfully and beautifully restored and renovated into two 3 bedroom units with ample amenities. We were in the Preachers Rest and had beautiful views of the Little Minch Strait. The stunning grounds of the property were immaculate and lovingly cared for.
