"Wir hatten ein frisch renoviertes, recht großes Zimmer mit tollem Design und hochwertigen Materialien. Beim Spa merkt man, dass es mehrmals erweitert wurde. Das ist anfangs etwas unübersichtlich, bietet aber durch die vielen Bereiche aber dann für jeden etwas. Das Frühstücksbuffet war riesig und auch beim Abendessen gab es reichlich Auswshl und sehr gute Speisen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. "

This hotel was the friendliest, cleanest, service oriented hotel we have ever stayed in around the world, on arrival Tristan made us a cup of tea to sit at the patio and chill before checking in. Marcella took us to our room to check it was ready and the outstanding service continued. we were treated like family and that is the atmosphere created. "This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and each time have found it to be clean and comfortable with large, spacious rooms. Unfortunately, each time it has rained, so we couldn't really enjoy the nice hiking trails adjoining the property. But, each time we have enjoyed the fantastic sauna/wellness area and the tasty breakfasts. JUFA's are very family oriented hotels and there were two school groups there the night we stayed and the kids were fairly rowdy when we arrived, but were quiet from 9pm...

"This spa resort is the ideal place for restoration and relaxation. Everything is included, rooms are air conditioned, there's saunas and pools for all preferences, free bikes and yoga and other activities, biking and hiking routes galore, excellent food and service, and the friendliest most helpful staff you'll ever find. I've been twice, once alone, once w/ my partner, and both times were simply perfect. Loads of biking, swimming, sauna, a few treatments in the spa, great meals, long walks,...

"We had the 3 bedroom apartment. The rooms are very clean, well maintained and the beds very comfortable. The only bother we had was the downstairs hallway lights programmed to stay on during the night, which is understandably for safety, but were a bit bothersome when someone opened the doors at night. Maybe a motion detector would be useful and more eco-friendly. Staff was super nice and flexible. We had extra requests and they were accommodated. "
