"We spent one night only and it was the perfect location in the center of Vulcano, close to the shops, the port and the start of the trail to the crater. Our room was very clean and gave on the very cute porch of the hotel. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, and we had a nice chat with him. He recommended a couple of places for us to have dinner. We were not rushed to check-out after we came back from our morning hike the next day. A great place to stay, in my opinion."

"We loved this place - the location and views were amazing, staff very friendly and helpful, and while we were wondering about whether we would get good food, they made a booking for us at a wonderful restaurant a short walk away. "You will never tire of the view. Lovely location. Property has everything you need. The only issues and they are are small ones is that you dont have access to the entire property. The drive up is not for the faint hearted.The neighbours dogs and hornets were also a bit annoying. "

"An amazing facility. The staff was attentive and caring without be overbearing. The food is delicious and the location is super. Our room was of adequate size and the amenities were wonderful. They had a secure location for our bicycles which is appreciated. Only minor glitch was that the hot tub is a bit cool for my preference. Not a big deal at all. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"A fabulous stay. From checking into the hotel, the front seat staff was hospitable, accommodating and helpful. The staff took time to discuss many questions and concerns only for us to lean that he shift was ending and she treated us as if we were the only people. He king in! The breakfast is fabulous … love the coffee bar and more! "
