Charming lakefront, 5 bedroom, 4 (3 en-suite) bath getaway, located on a quiet country road minutes to Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center, Holiday Mtn Ski area, Monticello Gaming and Casino, Spas, Distilleries, Antiquing, Hiking and more.
Welcome to our vacation home nestled between the whispering pines and free flowing ferns of scenic Mongaup Valley and all conveniently located on the "quiet side" of Swinging Bridge Reservoir where the bald eagles nest. Have the best of both worlds' quiet tranquility and a short drive to all that the Catskills Mountains has to offer.

DON'T LET THE OUTSIDE OF THIS HOUSE FOOL YOU AS IT APPEARS SMALL HOWEVER THE 5 BEDROOMS, 4 BATHS, (3 EN SUITE) FIT JUST RIGHT

Enter through the bright and spacious kitchen where it's easy to prepare a great meal. Step through the open dining room where an inviting wood burning fireplace beckons you to stay a long time. Enjoy a glass of wine in the lakeside living room surrounded by windows this is a favorite spot in any weather. The game room downstairs is perfect for rainy days or winter nights with-it's full-sized air hockey table, basketball challenge, free play arcade game, and big screen TV with PS4.

The lake outside is the real star relax in the private backyard with fire pit and lawn games. Enjoy the lake with the kayaks, standup paddle boards, and canoe. You can jump, swim and fish all off the private dock. There is also a large hot tub on our new deck take a soak under the stars. Enjoy dining al fresco on our lakeside deck with one of the best views in any season.

More than enough room for my friends and I. The property is exactly how the pictures portray and the lake was amazing. Property manager kept in touch and was very helpful with questions I had about the house and local market for supplies. Greatly recommend for large groups that want a relaxing weekend

Amazing family vacay
My sister and I (with our families) came to get away and spend quality time for a couple of nights after Thanksgiving. It was the perfect stay!! So much room for all of us. Most bathrooms have been renovated from the pics. Great game room. The lake was so peaceful. Great family trip!!!!

This is a really nice house, there are a lot of things to do and it fits a large group very well. It is well supplied with the dishes and cook wear that you need. The view is awesome and we loved the hot tub. Great place!

Woodland escape
The eight of us, all family, enjoyed the location on the pond. A few hiked, some kayaked, and we all enjoyed the view. The week after Labor Day meant peace and quiet which we really enjoyed, too.

Lovely Family Reunion
We enjoyed a lovely family reunion. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The indoor and outdoor seating is very comfortable. The grill and campfire was great to have, and there are several kayaks, boards and tubes to enjoy during the day. Thank you for a memorable time!

Everything went very well on check-in and room accommodations. We spent a lot of time in the kayaks and in the water. Easily accommodated our party of 7 adults and 3 kids ages 5 to 9. Property manager took care of any issues immediately.

Much needed change of scenery
Katie was a great host for this beautiful lake front home with plenty to keep the whole family occupied. Kayaks, hot tub, game room, bald eagles soaring over head, great hiking near by..the list goes on. We had a really relaxing and fun filled family getaway, would most definitely return.

Peaceful place
The lake is lovely and peaceful - we saw some eagles! Craig's house was perfect for our group of 7 - enough space to spread out and be comfortable. Everything we needed for a few relaxing days away - including air hockey, kayaks and a fire pit to name a few.

Great place for a vacation with friends!
This house and property is just perfect! We had plenty of space for 5 couples and each couple had privacy. The deck and hot tub were fantastic. We loved every part of staying here. Plenty of kayaks, games, comfortable places to hang out and be together or alone. Craig, the property manager was readily available and very nice. He made it easy in and out. So we have a lot of family "needs" - hot tub, fishing, swimming off the dock, paddle board, kayak and outdoor games. This place truly has it all. Also, the property was CLEAN (including fridge) and the property management was INCREDIBLY responsive.

So much to do!
Wonderful house right on the lake with fire pit, boats and of course the lower arcade! My kids will tell about the arcade for many months! Area was great with restaurants, alpaca farm and fall festival. Host was extremely communicative and helpful !

Lovely and Well Appointed Lake House
We spent a long weekend at the property and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a well appointed house with a terrific location. Craig was great to deal with and very responsive. The house was just as advertised and lovely both inside and out. We enjoyed the game room, hot tub, fire pit, the dock, the kayaks/canoes/paddle boards, but most of all the beautiful lake. Perfect if looking for a relaxing getaway.

Incredibly well maintained large lake house with amazing amenities!
Owners could not have paid more attention to details. Not only was the house spotless, but most things looked brand new. And that game room kept the kids busy for hours. Real relaxation on beautiful grounds not far from White Lake and Monticello. Oh, and the hot tub was terrific as well! Highly recommend!
