"This was a most satisfactory stay. The overall experience was excellent, exceeding expectations in all areas from check-in to housekeeping and restaurant service. I extend my sincere appreciation to Eddie and Kevin at the front desk; bell persons Thomas and Jimmy; restaurant captain Eric; and housekeeper Zoey. My gratitude also extends to the entire staff for contributing to a relaxing and comfortable stay. The reinstated fitness center was a welcome addition. I highly recommend this establishment."

"Eaton is our favorite hotel in Hong Kong, for good reason. The location is convenient, the hotel has tons of charm, and the staff are always friendly and responsive. The only slight downside was the condition of the room we stayed in. It is one of the older rooms that hasn’t been refurbished in a while, so the AC was a bit noisy. It did, however, work well, and was adjustable, which isn’t always the case in hotels. We will stay in Eaton next time we’re in HK but probably opt for one of the refurbished rooms."

"Fantastic hotel right in the middle of Mong Kok. Great transport links with the MTR just across the road and the airport bus stop 5 minute walk. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff I encountered, were friendly and courteous."
