"Bei diesem Objekt handelt es sich um die Hälfte von einem alten Gebäude. Es wurde renoviert, wenn auch nicht immer durchdacht. In der anderen Haushälfte wohnt eine Familie mir Kindern. Das Haus ist Teil von einem Weiler und im Grünen (Haselnüssen und Landwirtschaft). Die anderen Häuse des Weilers sind jedoch neu und zum Teil noch im Rohbau. Wir hatten keine Bautätigkeiten. "This is a great place for a getaway from it all. In a remote beautiful mountainous area surrounded by wonderful woods. The coast is around 45 minute drive. My children loved it. However you might find it hard to stay longer without a washing machine, television, an oven, and a toaster. There is a basic internet connection and a new cooker and a well equipped kitchen. The hosts are both really friendly and helpful."

"Gabriela was such a wonderful hostess! She made (and cancelled, if needed) great places for us to enjoy food and wine. The house had everything we needed for our 4-night visit. Gabriela even taught us to use the stove-top coffee maker. She provided what we needed for breakfast and even gifted us a beautiful bottle of sparkling wine, the Alta Langa. We certainly hope to stay here again in the future!"

"We stayed for just one night with our 5 adult children. The communication with Simone and Marco was excellent, check in/out was very easy. Everything we needed (kitchen/bedrooms/bathrooms) was supplied. Each room had its own AC unit which made it very comfortable in the summer heat. I wish we were there for more than one night!"

"Massimo was a pleasure to deal with from my first inquiry through to the end of the stay. The house is very homely and rustic with all the amenities you could need. We explored the region during our stay and were very happy with the location. The views from the property are spectacular and the veranda and outdoor space were the perfect place to relax. An excellent host and property. Recommended!"

"Much better than expected. The Mulino had all the amenities we could wish for. Yes it is quite remote but that is part of the attraction. Cortemillia is nearby with 2 supermarkets, a couple of bars and restaurants and a market on Friday. The Langhe is superb and we will certainly return."

Das Objekt ist ca 50 Meter von einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse entfernt und direkt dahinter ist eine grosse Baustelle, auf der ab 7 Uhr morgens Rammarbeiten stattfanden. Wir haben uns aufgrund der Lautstärke und der Moskitos hauptsächlich drinnen aufgehalten. Die Terrasse ist auch so zugewachsen, das man nur in den Garten schauen kann. La casa si trova in un borgo molto tranquillo e se ci fosse stata neve sufficiente avremmo potuto utilizzare gli impiani vicini casa. In ogni caso per sciare a 10 minuti di macchina si trovano gli impianti che collegano il comprensorio di Limontetto 1400 con Limone Piemonte 2000.I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili."
