"Much better than expected. The Mulino had all the amenities we could wish for. Yes it is quite remote but that is part of the attraction. Cortemillia is nearby with 2 supermarkets, a couple of bars and restaurants and a market on Friday. The Langhe is superb and we will certainly return."

"Massimo was a pleasure to deal with from my first inquiry through to the end of the stay. The house is very homely and rustic with all the amenities you could need. We explored the region during our stay and were very happy with the location. The views from the property are spectacular and the veranda and outdoor space were the perfect place to relax. An excellent host and property. Recommended!"

"Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en goed onderhouden. De eigenaren zijn ook zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De omgeving is ook erg mooi en vriendelijke mensen. We hebben een fijne tijd gehad."

"Romina was very kind and welcomed us with a drink and some focaccia. You’ll need a car to get to places like supermarket and bars etc. But the house is very spacious and quiet. Thank you Romina and family for everything!"

"Gabriela was such a wonderful hostess! She made (and cancelled, if needed) great places for us to enjoy food and wine. The house had everything we needed for our 4-night visit. Gabriela even taught us to use the stove-top coffee maker. She provided what we needed for breakfast and even gifted us a beautiful bottle of sparkling wine, the Alta Langa. We certainly hope to stay here again in the future!"

"This is a great place for a getaway from it all. In a remote beautiful mountainous area surrounded by wonderful woods. The coast is around 45 minute drive. My children loved it. However you might find it hard to stay longer without a washing machine, television, an oven, and a toaster. There is a basic internet connection and a new cooker and a well equipped kitchen. The hosts are both really friendly and helpful."

"We absolutely felt comfortable in this lovingly restored home near the center of La Morra. Pino and his wife were amazing hosts, met us when we arrived and he was even able to save us a parking space near the house to make it easier to unload our bags. Everything was absolutely clean and comfortable along with small comforts such as snacks for morning, coffee, and little touches like a chocolate on the pillow and dog bowls for our small dog. "We reserved, paid for, and had confirmed a two night stay at this property. When we arrived, the host/property owner shared that the property had been double booked and that we would be able to stay in the apartment the second night only. They did provide another property for the first night instead. It was not as nice, it was not as spacious, and no expansive terrace with the beautiful view. We also then had to move to the new apartment after the first night which took time out of our vacation....
