"We loved everything about our 4 week stay at this beautiful home. Amazing views, and a comfortable and well thought out floor plan that would suit a group of 6 - 8. Nicely finished interior with a modern aesthetic . That being said, I’m guessing the property is 20+ years old with original finishing, appliances, dishes, bedding, air conditioners, blinds and tile work. There is water damaged walls inside and out. This gem deserves a refresh! Sad to see the gorgeous pool with missing or poorly...

"This is a great place to stay. Super clean and very well-equipped. Just a short walk to the beach and there are some good restaurants nearby if you don't want to go into the old town. Also close to a large supermarket and theres a mini-market 5 mins walk away. The host is also very helpful and responsive to communications. Overall highly recommended!"

"We had a great stay at Janelo do Mar. The villa is in a great location near restaurants and a short drive to beautiful beaches. We had a few issues which Isabel did her best to sort out. One point I would raise is the lack of lighting by the BBQ area. We were only a family of 4 so could eat during the evening at the small table outside the villa overlooking the pool but we couldn’t see to BBQ!
