"I cannot adequately put into words the perfection that was our stay here. Barbara and her family are the most genuine, kind people, and you can tell they love what they do; Barbara has spared no detail in every room of the apartment, from flower petals in the ice cubes (!) to flowers, candies, and handwritten notes throughout the house. The home was built by a family member and includes a large Italian marble floor (so exquisite!). The kitchen was fully stocked with all we'd need to cook a meal...

"Big house in a large attractive garden with a pool. Responsive and friendly staff. But in an industrial zone surrounded by warehouses and by a busy noisy road. Four bedrooms but only upstairs has air conditioning, the three downstairs and living area are not air conditioned. Cooling with evening air limited due to abundant mosquitos. Supposedly can take 9 people, but only very few cups, glasses and no mugs, no frying pan. Two coffee machines but no coffee, barbecue but no charcoal. At this price...

"My husband and I rented Barbara's cottage during our trip to Piemonte. When we arrived, we were met by both Barbara and her son, Luca. Barbara was most gracious and offered to help with any questions or concerns that we had. She gave us a tour of the property and introduced us to "Pasqualina" (the goat) and told us to let her know if we needed anything. We found the fridge stocked with food, coffee and various treats. "The property was very clean the rooms were immaculate, good size and high-quality. Close to shopping, dining, and transportation was top-notch. However but a very noisy area and the night shift staff was not good with communication and was very aggressive and angry he overcharged me with hotel prices even when he knew he was wrong "

"Comfy bed but very noisy as our room was at the front of the hotel with a busy road and tram line running past . The tram stop is right outside our room , running from 5.30am until midnight - very noisy - impossibile to have the window open . Staff were helpful as tried to find us another room but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked "

"We had a lovely one night stay in Palazzo Bellezia suites. We arrived early in Turin and were able to leave our bags at the desk. When we came back later on, they were in our room waiting for us. We had access to several free items in the mini bar, which was a nice surprise. The room was gorgeous, very chic and clean & had everything we needed. We ordered a couple of drinks on room service & we also received some free snacks, excellent quality too. Breakfast was great, lots of choice & staff very friendly. We'd definitely stay here again when returning to Turin! "
