"El apartamento espacioso, buena ubicación y con decoración rústica. Lo malo es que no cuenta con ascensor, el área común donde se podía utilizar la lavadora y secadora está en el sótano. Tuvimos como inconveniente que los huéspedes del apartamento 001 no fueron considerados y dejaron su ropa en la lavadora y luego en la secadora por varias horas luego de utilizarlas. Para cocinar teníamos que abrir las ventanas porque tiene un detector de humo justo arriba de la cocina. "

"Very good location.Walkable to everything. Felt like we rented an apartment. Safe even though located on a busy street between restaurants. We were given a key to open the front door another for the gate inside the front door, another for the door to the apartment suite then another for the actual apartment door. "Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"
