"Solid place to stay and good value for money. Staff are nice and efficient. Location is convenient next to the train station and within 5 minute walk to the pedestrian drag. However, rooms overlooking the street can get a little noisy and my room was also next to an elevator that kept pinging late into the night. Firm pillows were not to my taste. Would stay here again."

"A un lado del santuario de nuestra Señora de Fátima se encuentra el hotel. La mejor ubicación en toda la ciudad. Está a 5 minutos caminando a la estación de autobús y tiene el mejor restaurante. El servicio es muy amable tanto en el hotel como en el restaurante. Las habitaciones están muy cómodas y amplias."

"Perfect location near the church. Took the room facing the church. Paid €20 extra per day. Worth the money. Breakfast was good. Lots of Japanese & Indonesia tourist when I was there. Breakfast was a little unruly with them. "

"The staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel was very clean, and the internet was good. The room itself was charming, but it lacked air conditioning because it was the winter, so it was warm at times. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and the Convent of Christ. Despite the central location, noise was not an issue at all. "I book this property because I needed an over night stay during my road trip through Portugal. My only regret not staying longer. Staff: Friendly, nice and very accommodating. Accommodations: the property has a unique design with a full service restaurant on the roof. The rooms are just pictured and surprisingly comfortable.
