"This is a very old Victorian style house. It has noisy steam heat; barely working locks (some don't work at all), and sketchy electrical. We booked 2br/2ba, which got us the 2nd and 3rd floors (host lives on the 1st floor). Furnishings are old; kitchens are functional, but that's it. Water pressure was VERY low. The host is an extremely nice guy. He owns a small restaurant nearby that serves really delicious food and AWESOME shakes. The ad says that "off street parking is available". That's...

"Excellent location for everything we wanted to do. Pet friendly which was great for us. Rose was great on checking in with us to make sure we were good and had everything we needed. Loved having a washer and dryer and full kitchen. Smart TV was a plus also. Would definitely stay here again on the next trip!! "

"The owner(s) did a fantastic job on restoring a historic property. Parking was a cinch. Out planned itinerary was a piece of cake because all the events were only a few miles from the Legacy Manor. Communication with the owner(s) was prompt and precise. We are already planning our next visit to the area after such a great time. "
