"Member of staff was lovely when we checked in, just what we needed after a long drive from Glasgow. We were staying for one night to get the ferry from Harwich the next morning and the hotel was perfect for our needs. "Awful experience! The door lock was visibly broken and wouldn’t lock! It wouldn’t lock! Large flies in the washroom… that’s when we decided to leave. Huge stains on the carpet, finger prints all over the windows and a very sketchy neighborhood. We walked out… and lost 4 nights prepaid hotel. We hope Expedia refunds our money… and speaks to this hotel. "

"The stuff of the hotel are not fruendly, they dont speak english except one guy. I have been to this hoteln8 years ago and the service was really good When i request to clean the room, they never do it. I stayed 5 days in the hotel they have cleaned for one day only while i was requesting every day for that. The brake fast finishes quickly and is not variant"
