"One of the best hotels in Kraków. Stayed with my family and baby. As a gay family we were treated splendidly. I booked rooms for friends and my inlaws. Rooms were superb. Had a little bit of an issue with noise the one day and was annoyed with a rude receptionist but the fantastic Manageress Jana/ Yana stepped in apologised got an update on works done, offered a room change with upgrades. But as she managed to resolove problem we remained in our rooms. Breakfast staff were lovely to...."

The room was spotless, great decor and the en suit was one of the best at a hotel I have stayed at. All round, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking to stay in Krakow."
