Beds and pillows too hard. A/C never got cool enough on a hot (94F day). Needs better maintenance, dead plants on our balcony, carpet sometimes threadbare, some walls in our room needed painting,"

"Staff is extremely courteous and polite. My only small negative comment is that (for my tastes) the hotel should have tea & coffee making in the rooms. PS. I know that this is Sicily and that your coffee is either expresso or cappuccino, but at least you can provide it to when you have other Nationals staying at your marvelous hotel.
