Beautiful and private house
We stayed 3 nights at this beautiful house, Kaethe the owner and her son are such lovely and helpful, make you feel comfortable straight away. The house was very clean and equipped with everything you need.We had our little Yorkshire and didn't stop running in the garden, outside area is massive and very safe as the gate is all close so my dog couldn't run away. We were able to do the check- in early morning.The pool is massive and very clean and also enjoyed one evening a BBQ.Thank you to Kaethe and her son for a wonderful stay much appreciated.Surely will go back again.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Ich kann mich den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet.Frau Wuttig hat stets ein offenes Ohr bei Fragen und gibt gute Tips. Und nicht zu vergessen der tolle Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Fantastiskt boende
Ett mycket bra boende med bra läge för att upptäcka sydvästra Sicilien. Bostaden är väl utrustad med två badrum och underbar pool. Vacker trädgård med flera platser att sitta för måltid och avkoppling. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam värdinna. Allt fungerade perfekt.

Sejour inoubliable amodica
Nous avons eu du mal a quitter ce superbe endroit. La maison est simple mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut.2 sais de bain c'est très appréciable. Elle est très propre et la cousine très bien équipée. Et le jardin et la terrasse sont extra. De nombreuses tables a livré et au soleil un barbecue.... Et La piscine on ne s'en lasse pas: les transats la douche extérieure l'ombre bre des oliviers... Quel plaisir de rentrer de nous journée et balade ou de plage et de finir par un plongeon. La propriétaire vit au dessus de nous mais est très discrète et nous laisse le jardin et la piscine

Es war wunderbar
Die Wohnung ist wie online beschrieben, sauber und bequem. Frau Salemi hat uns mit Ihrem selbstgebackenen Kuchen und hausgemachten Marmelade freundlich empfangen. Der Garten mit vollen Zitrusfrüchten war für unsere Tochter der Traum. Wir waren insgesamt nur 4 Tage dort, aber trotzdem haben wir uns sehr genossen. Vielen Dank Frau Salemi.

Erholung pur!
Die Ferienwohnung ist Teil einer großen Villa. Großzügig geschnitten, privat und pieksauber. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich mehrere Sitzplätze und vor allem ein traumhaft gepflegter, großer Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung. Die Lage ist zentral am Rand von Modica und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Besichtigung der umliegenden Städte wie Ragusa, Scicli etc. Zum Meer brauchten wir mit dem Auto 20 min. Die Gastgeberin war ausnehmend freundlich, hilfsbereit und empfing uns mit Selbstgebackenem. Wir fühlten uns rundherum wohl und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Wundervolle Unterkunft und liebenswerte Gastgeberin
Wir haben uns bei Kaethe von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir brauchten, sogar einen privaten Pool und Kaethe war eine liebenswerte Gastgeberin, die immer für uns erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit war. Wir haben sie und auch ihre Katzen ins Herz geschlossen :-) Wir würden Kaethe jederzeit wieder besuchen und können diese tolle Unterkunft in Modica wärmstens empfehlen. Alles was man braucht ist schnell zu erreichen: Apotheke, Tankstelle, Bäckerei, Lebensmittel, Restaurants etc. An die Fahrweise der Sizilianer muss man sich gewöhnen und auch mal mutig sein. Es gab im Umkreis einiges zu entdecken. Unser Urlaub ist zu Ende. Wir wünschen den anderen Gäste eine schöne Zeit bei Kaethe!

Superbe semaine à Modica
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Modica. Le logement est propre, bien équipé et la piscine a fait le bonheur des petits et des grands. L’accueil de Kaethe a été impeccable et les conseils donnés pour les visites de grande valeur. Les environs sont très beaux, tant pour les visites culturelles que pour les plages. Séjour fortement recommandé !

Traumhafter und entspannter Aufenthalt
Wir waren für 9 Übernachtungen in der Casa Linde zu Besuch und haben uns wunderbar erholt. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünscht. Der liebevoll angelegte, mediterrane Garten und sehr schöne Pool (zur alleinigen Nutzung) sind top gepflegt und laden zum Entspannen ein. Es gibt viele gemütliche Sitzplätze zum Verweilen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und hat uns mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen, Marmelade und Fürchten aus ihrem Garten verwöhnt. Sie hält sich sehr diskret im Hintergrund, steht für Fragen gerne jederzeit zur Seite. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und tolle Restaurants. Die Lage eignet sich bestens um die wunderschöne Gegend und barocken Städte zu erkunden. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Perfekt!
Unser Aufenthalt hat uns wirklich sehr gefallen. Frau Wuttig Salemi hat uns herzlich empfangen & alles für uns vorbereitet, dazu Marmelade & einen Kuchen. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden & haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Die Stadt ist auch sehr schön & sehenswert.

Absolute Entspannung, wunderschöner Garten, toller Pool
Wir, 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder (15, 12 und 2 Jahren) haben 14 Tage in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Frau Wuttig-Salemi hat uns sehr freundlich mit selbstgemachter Marmelade und Kuchen empfangen. Die Wohnung selbst ist zweckmäßig und modern eingerichtet, es fehlte uns wirklich an nichts (und das ist in sehr vielen Ferienwohnungen in Italien nicht selbstverständlich…) Der Garten ist wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet und der Pool, der täglich früh morgens gereinigt wurde, einfach nur traumhaft… Die Lage der Wohnung ist etwas außerhalb, so dass man vom Trubel weg ist und trotzdem schnell in der Stadt, bei den Supermärkten und Lokale/Restaurants ist. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und hatten eine tolle Zeit in Frau Wutti-Salemis Ferienwohnung gehabt. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit schönem Pool
Die Ferienwohnung mit dem großen Pool war für uns als Familie super. Es war alles sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage des Hauses ist nicht so schön, da es etwas am Stadtrand von Modica liegt, ein Auto ist daher ein Muss. Ringsherum war leider noch etwas Baustelle. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden auch gerne wiederkommen.

Familienurlaub auf Sizilien mit 2 kleinen Kindern
Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. Vor allem der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight, besonders für die Kinder. Aber auch der restliche Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig und lädt v.a. zum Grillen ein. Frau Salemi war eine äußerst freundliche Gastgeberin und wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Sommerfreuden in Stadtnähe
Wir haben uns bei unserem Besuch Ende Juni auf dem schön gepflegten Anwesen, in der Ferienwohnung selbst sowie dem herrlichem Poolbereich sehr wohl gefühlt! Die diskrete,entspannte und wirklich sehr freundliche Eigentümerin war immer ansprechbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren nahe und super!

Ein toller Aufenthalt!
Wir haben die Zeit in Casa-Linde sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gross und perfekt ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Zimmer sind super sauber. Die Vermieterin hat uns den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht und steht bei Bedarf mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, hält sich aber diskret zurück. Der Pool war ein Traum. Sehr gross und nur für uns. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. In 12 Minuten zum Strand, stadtnah aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Viele Einkaufsmärkte und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Leider gingen unsere 9 Tage Aufenthalt viel zu schnell vorüber - es hätte noch viel mehr zu entdecken gegeben....

Rez-de-jardin très sympa
La location se compose d'un rez-de-jardin très bien équipé. Les installations sont assez anciennes (rideaux pour les douches, bidet...) mais d'une propreté irréprochable et tout fonctionne parfaitement. La propriétaire Kaethe et son fils Marcello sont hyper discrets et totalement disponibles en cas de besoin. Le jardin privatisé pour les locataires est formidable. La piscine est grande, très bien entretenue et avec des chaises longues. De nombreuses serviettes de toilette et de plage sont fournies. Terrasse avec barbecue, balancelle, tables... On peut garer la voiture à l'ombre. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!
