"This was a very decent hotel. My original room was a connecting room with a very thin wood door between the rooms and I could hear everything going on in the room next to me. I went back to check in and asked the receptionist for a new room in a quieter area of the hotel, and she quickly and politely provided me with a new room. Checkout was a breeze with a simple drop of the key card into a box on the ledge of the check in desk."
