"We just stayed at this property between Christmas and new years. There were 11 of us, adults and children. We were all comfortable and had plenty of space to spread out. The house was very clean and spacious. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are large. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a small christmas tree in the living room on the end table. "My family gathered from across the country to celebrate my dad's 100th birthday. We needed beds and space. This house provided both. The house is set up as two separate rental units but we used the whole house. It was clean and provided what we needed. We would rent it again if the need arises."

"Mr Ken was the most excellent host. He waited up late for our arrival to show us things about his house. He was so accommodating- even brought over his microwave when ours quit. He is on sight so very convenient. The neighborhood was beautiful and so close to Sight and Sound Theater and wonderful restaurants. The house was immaculate and with so many blankets and towels and comfortable beds. Highly recommend this house. "

"This is a very nice house! Only 10 minutes from Sight and Sound and train museum. Comfortably slept 12 with use of a very nice rollaway bed. My mattress was a little dated but just fine. The hot tub is a nice touch after a long day out and about. Oh, hit the “jet” button twice for harder intensity. If you have younger children, bring your own toys although the house was quite kid friendly except for the stairs. We did find a child gate later on.
