"This was our fifth time staying at Rock Climbers, and it's our favorite property in the Moab area! The house is very clean, well maintained, and attractively furnished. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and eating, and there's an outside grill and eating area as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we'll definitely keep returning to this property. "

I didn't understand that it was a duplex, but then I understood that I should've guessed that because it was mentioned as a townhouse in the listing. "I have stayed at this house many times it is just in need of a few updates. The barbecue needs to be rebuilt or replaced, and the frying pans are nonstick that are peeling and the master bedroom door needs a better shade on it to block the neighbors porch light."
