"温泉の泉質は優しく、気持ちよかった。日曜日ということもあり混雑することもなくゆっくりお湯に浸かることができました。夕食は温泉地にはめずらしく洋食でとても美味くいただきました。人吉の美味しいパン屋さんのパンも美味しかった。静かな空間でぐっすり眠れました。 "

"This was advertised as having a kitchen. Kitchen facilities are in another building that are communal. The other option is to rent a gas burner. Everything is extra (e.g. trash, gas burner). Heater for room kept turning off. Barely enough space for 3 futons. Japanese communal bathrooms near bungalows, western style in main building. We only stayed one of the two nights booked even though we did not get a refund."
