"Not a hotel. 2 separate 'bungalows' with a common area kitchen, pool and palapa. We did not have a car but found a local in Playa El Tunco who knew the location and found us a driver. Could be a real challenge for first time arrivals (no sign). Spanish speaking caretakers live nearby eager to please. Bit of a hike to El Tunco, plus 100 or so steps to the bungalows. Very dark at night hiking from town. Would be better for small group self catering. Price too high for what you get."

"Stayed two nights during Semana Santa. The place is directly on a nice beach, but once you are there, you are there and there aren't any other bars and restaurants around. You'll need a car to reach it. The owner was very attentive, asking numerous times if we liked the place. It has a certain charm but I can't say that it has much in the way of comfort. "We really had a great time at this home! We were on a family trip and other members were staying at another house in same community! This rental was clean and very spacious! Beds were comfortable! Hernan the attendant at the house and Jose the owner were both very responsive to our needs! They even got our groceries for us so they were there when we arrived! If you want a relaxing vacation this is the place to go! We felt safe and relaxed on our trip!"

The property is beautiful and maintained very well.Aura the staff went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations with customer service. I utilize a wheelchair and could not find any hotels that could accommodate me, the staff at this hotel worked with me to ensure that I could use the pool, that the cabana was as accessible as possible. They even built a ramp so that I could use the cabanas, they installed it within a day...
