"Check in/out was fully self handled but perfectly smooth. There was a kitchenette but it was very hard to actually wash the dishes due to no soap, scrubber, place to dry them, or gunk trap in the sink drain. The shower is set up to dry laundry which works excellently"

Could constantly hear sirens and people talking - There was a sewer smell of the window was open and the bathroom was used - The front desk is typically empty. "Fantastic apartment-style room. We (2 adults, 2 kids - 8&10) had lots of space. The kitchenette allowed us to make our own beeakfast most days. The hotel had small appliances that we could borrow such as toaster and rice cooker. Laundry on site was quick and efficient. We could not have asked for a better hotel. The location was not ideal in that it was not very close to much of the shopping areas (eg. Nishiki market is about a 15-20 min walk). There is a grocery store across the street as well...
