割り切れば良い宿かと思います！
チェックインもチェックアウトも、キーボックスから鍵を出すだけなので、色々な手続きもなく、シンプルで良いなと思いました。 部屋も数部屋に分かれていて、でもダイニングには皆んなで集まれるので、家族での旅行にも、グループでの旅行にも、良いと思います。 台所に調理器具や調味料、食器類、洗濯機に洗濯に必要な洗剤や柔軟剤、ハンガー等一式揃っていたのも、とてもありがたいです。 ただ、古い建物をリフォームしているからか、建て付けが悪く、襖の開け閉め、トイレの扉の開け閉めがガタガタし、夜中に誰かがトイレに行くと、寝ていてもその音で目が覚めてしまう人もいる感じです。 洗面台は大きくて綺麗で良かったのですが、脱衣所が無く、簡単な薄くて短いカーテンで仕切られているのみで、ちゃんとは隠れられない感じです。 また、お風呂場はとても広くて良いのですが、お湯を溜めても寒いのと、シャワーの圧力が低めです。4泊のうち2回は、宮古温泉に入りに行きました。 トイレ自体は新しいものを入れてくれていたようで良かったのですが、設備の不具合について、直ぐに見ていただける人がいないのは、こういう時には不便かなと思います。また、床のタイルと排水溝からの臭いが気になりました。 旅先なので、部屋でゆっくり過ごすものでもないため、ある程度、必要なものが色々と揃っているのはありがたいし、一長一短で良いかな、とも思いますが、部屋の評価で問われると、上記のような感じです。 街の中心やスーパー迄行くのは車が必要で、パイナガマビーチは部屋からは見えませんが、車で2、3分で行ける感じです。長期滞在には良いかもしれません。北側ですが、洗濯の干せるベランダもありました。

お風呂とトイレが古くて汚い。 他の口コミにも同じ指摘がありましたが、特にトイレの排水溝から出ている臭いが耐えられなくて、トイレに行くのがストレスでした。 リビングや寝室はリフォーム済みで快適でした。 洗濯に必要な物がそろっていて、助かりました。

リニューアル直後で全体的に綺麗ですごしやすい ニトリやダイソーのものが多いが清潔感あり トイレとシャワーだけが旧施設のままでそこだけが惜しい
