Wonderful - the villa was beautiful and spacious, the breakfast was fabulous and there was a beautiful beach outside the hotel. The staff were so lovely too. Highly recommend!

Great staff. Very nice room and the ground is well maintained. Washer and dryer in the room is a huge plus. A big fridge, microwave/toaster , coffee maker and a electronic kettle in the room were all newer and in a good condition. Breakfast is included and was good. The resort was quiet, and we slept well. They gave us Shigira Ocean Sky lift tickets and its parking pass as well. Shgira beach was great for snorkeling.

初めての宮古島でした！とても綺麗な海が近くにあるホテルで毎朝朝食後にお散歩出来て最高でした。泊まった部屋は全体的に綺麗ですが、空気清浄機の除湿して溜まった水が前の宿泊客が利用したままなのか残ったままだったり、風呂のジャグジーをつけたら塩素の臭いがして黒いゴミが浮いてきたりと清潔とは言いづらいものでした。スタッフ対応は島の人のペースなのかもしれませんが、話が噛み合わない人が多く少し疲れます。不満はいくつかあったものの綺麗な自然に癒され宮古島は大満足でした！

ヴィラは清潔で、快適な空間でした。窓が大きくて開放的ですが、他の宿泊者の通り道に面しているので少し視線が気になりました。 空港から他の宿泊者と一緒ではあるものの、送迎があるので便の到着時間の30分後にはホテルに到着できました チェックイン手続きは空いているのに、時間がかかり、お部屋に入れたのがやや遅いと感じました。 ビーチまで２〜3分と近いのですぐに行けます、とてもきれいでした。 焼肉をおすすめしてもらったので、行きましたが美味しかったです。ホテルからレストランエリアにはバスに乗らなくてはならず、待ち時間や各ホテルへの経由がやや煩わしかったです。（トゥクトゥク呼んでもらえば直行できるので日中ならその方がいいかも） 滞在中のトラブルにも、スタッフの方がとても良く対応してくれました。 総合的には、とても気持ちよく過ごすことができました！
