Wunderbarer Aktivurlaub in den Alpen
Wir waren mit der Familie (alle erwachsen) in den Alpen zu unserem ersten echten Wanderurlaub. Ziel: 2000er schaffen, vielleicht sogar mehr. Die Lage des Hauses, das sehr groß ist und viele Ferienwohnungen hat, ist direkt bei der Mittelstation der Seilbahn, die von Hollersabch auf den Resterkogel (Resterhöhe) führt. Das Haus liegt auf 1250 m Höhe und daher war es bei uns nie richtig heiß (Fahrt im Juli, im Tal zum Teil über 30 Grad, bei uns nachts stets schön kühl). Allerdings liegt die Wohnung an der Bundesstraße, auf der tagsüber sehr viel los ist, es ist dann relativ laut, vor allem, wenn die Kitzbüheler Sportwagenfahrer vorbeirauschen. Nachts war es dagegen stets ruhig. Die Wohnung ist schön, geräumig, gut eingerichtet (gute Betten), lediglich die Kücheneinrichtung entsprach nicht zu 100% unseren wünschen (keine große Teekanne, relativ kleiner Kühlschrank). Aber das war am Ende unbedeutend. Als Ausgangsort für Wanderungen ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen: Für uns waren alle Startpunkte der Wanderungen innerhalb von 15-30 Autominuten erreichbar. Zwar wäre das Tal (Mittersill, Hollersbach) ein (noch) besserer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, aber siehe oben: Dort wird es im Hochsommer ziemlich heiß. Andrea (Managerin des Hauses) ist super!

Prima locatie en appartement
Goede ervaring met de touroperator. Correctheid aan de telefoon en via de mail. Reden om weer met organisatie gegaan. Enig minpuntje tijdens ons verblijf was dat er maar een setje sleutels van het appartement beschikbaar was, gezien de samenstelling van het reisgezelschap. Graag bij een volgend appartement een dubbele set sleutels!

Wohnung ist nicht für 7 oder 8 Personen geeignet.
Das Haus ist super ! Super Lage, super Skigebiet ! Tolles Ambiente und nette Menschen an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Die Wohnung ist für 4-6 Personen super. Schläft ein siebter Gast auf dem Sofa , sind Esszimmer, Küche und Wohnzimmer belegt. Es können auch nur 6 Personen Essen, da Tisch und Stühle nur für 6 Personen vorhanden sind. Auf dem Balkon gab es noch mehr Sitzplätze, aber im Skiurlaub nicht zu empfehlen. Da zählt halt das Preisleistungs-Verhältnis. Leider gab es im kleinen Badezimmer überhaupt keine Ablage. Auch hier verweise ich auf das Preisleistungs-Verhältnis. Für den hohen Preis der Wohnung, hätten wir das erwartet. Ach und im Skikeller gab es leider auch nur für 6 Personen Stauraum.
