"The location is great as it is within walking distance to everything you need to do around the city centre. The spot is very clean although the keys didnt work upon checking in the property. We had to call for a code to enter the apartment. The place is clean, nothing too fancy or large. Just sufficient for a two day stay I felt. The instructions were great along the way. "

"Our stay was perfect. We were cooking in the morning for breakfast since none of the restaurants were open at that time and we triggered the smoke detector which was good because the slightest bit of smoke it detects will alarm the fire department haha. Overall the apartment felt cozy and super safe! My family enjoyed their stay here a lot."

"Very clean apartment. Kitchen had everything, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, utensils. There was even a washing machine in the apartment. Location was very convenient, only a 5 minute walk to the metro station. Local transit is reliable and connected to all relevant tourist spots. There is also a grocery store right outside this metro station. Overall very pleased. Would definitely recommend. "

"The neighbourhood did not feel safe in the night time, especially after 12 mid night. Someone seem racing their car in the street."

"My 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious. Clean, kitchen cookwares are enough for me to cook family dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only thing inconvenient is the parking is temporarily unavailable due to the city road work. The price is fair too. "We had a wonderful stay at Steiner Residences. We are traveling with a 1-year old baby and it was perfect for us. The unit is clean, spacious, airy and the kitchen well appointed. WiFi is excellent, check-in is easy. Location is fantastic with tram lines and Spar grocery 1-minute walk away. The only let down was about check-out which is at 10am. We asked if by courtesy they would let us leave at noon. The response was positive but at a fee of 20 euros. We were a bit turned off by this response...

"Had a 3 day break in vienna, sonja gave very clear instructions how to get the keys and even how to get from the airport which was a nice touch. The apartment has everything you need and close to the underground. Would recommended and definitely would stay again next time in vienna. "

"Everything was as described. Its close to the main train station about 10 min walk and 3 min from the metro station. The apartment is spacious and has all amenities you need for an extended stay. Very responsive host. Overall a very good experience."

"property was clean and ready when we got there. Email instructions were clear and front office was helpful. A short walk to the train that takes you into the city and having a convenience store right next to the appartment was great. Overal we had a great experience staying here."

"The apartment is located right next to the train station. So it was really easy to travel. There is no housekeeping so new towels are to be requested. There is basic cutlery and dishwasher for simple meal. Laundry is available at the basement (needs to be paid). The place was spacious and everything was good. The bed curtains had dust but it was ok since I didn't use them. "

Great Staff, Great Price, Great Location

"The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and modern. There is even a kitchen included. The location of the hotel is close to many public transportation options. It is an easy ride to tourist sites. The hotel price was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Vienna."

"The staff are what make the Meridien Wien such a pleasant hotel. Smiling, happy to assist and pleasant at all times. The beds are very comfortable and rooms quiet (I had an inner courtyard room) and it is located closr to many of the attractions and transport options. Id happily stayvagain."
