When we contacted the owner for check in instructions 1 hour prior to check in, he said he hadn't checked his email and never got our reservation. We were left in a foreign country scrambling for a new reservation for our week-long holiday at 4pm the same day. The property owner seemed to take no responsibility for ruining our vacation. "Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie im Urlaub schon bei der Ankunft waren wir von dem äußeren des Hauses begeistert.das wurde noch mal getoppt als wir die Wohnung von innen gesehen haben, die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen . Wir verprachten dort einer sehr schöne Woche und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. "

I am 85 and although I am still very spry, climbing the narrow tread stairs was scary. If I had not had help I could have never managed to carry my suitcase up 2 narrow flights of stairs."

"Wir durften einen schönen Aufenthalt in Wallgau genießen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und geräumig und vor allem sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. "Property great location and very spacious for a family of +6 or more. Property is not as clean, stains on pillows and blankets on bed, no sheets or bedspreads, also, the hot water for showers, hand washing, and cleaning dishes is limited. When there’s 5+ people showering, it’s impossible at this location to keep water hot. I also had to request for my check in information because it was not sent to me. Late check in and early check out, worked perfectly for us. Sauna and indoor pool is nice, but...

"My wife and I are from the US, and the hardest part of this trip was leaving. We were here for two weeks from January into February, and the home was nothing short of spectacular. The cleanliness, layout, and everything you could possibly need were provided. We spent every day hiking or snowshoeing. "We stayed in this rental for 2 nights. Parking was great, room is beautiful. My son loved the bunk bed. I appreciated the little fridge in the room. I would liked to have had a coffee maker :). Unfortunately I emailed the property manager for a street number and she never replied back. I also called and no reply. We spent 2 hours trying to figure out where this rental was. We finally got the street number from the tourist information booth."

"Im großen und ganzen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Leider gibt es keinen Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen und auch keinen Balkon, wie angegeben. Für 4 Personen wird die Whg dann doch schnell zu klein. In der Küche fehlte der Stöpsel für die Spühle und es gab keine Topfdeckel. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es nur eine mega helle weiße "OP" Deckenlampe und keine andere gemütlichere Beleuchtung. "

"Booking was really easy. Olivia communicates well by e-mail and answers queries quickly. We had a really late arrival at the property which went really smoothly as arranged by Olivia. The house is very large. The living area is warm and cosy with a sofa and a seating area if you want to eat there. The kitchen is very well equiped so there were no problems with cooking for 5. It has a seating area for 6/7 and enough cutlery and crockery to ensure you don't have to switch on the dishwasher...
