"The facility is beautiful and equipped with nice amenities. However, we encountered a few issues during our stay. The internet in our room was not connecting, and this problem was never resolved. Additionally, we didn't have hot water on the first day, and when we reported it, we were advised to fill out a work order. I believe that when I bring a complaint to someone, they should take care of the work order request themselves. The front desk staff does an excellent job managing the guests...

"Quiet and really clean"

"only one chair in the room for 2 people. The room was not cleaned the whole time we stayed there, no change of towels (they are very strict on 2 per room and no more) etc. otherwise clean, comfortable bed, and we felt very safe. With fan on, traffic noise was muted. Overall not worth the price. A friend stayed at the Barcelo a few blocks away for 9 nights for the same price we paid for 4. Lesson learned."

"The apartment is in a great location with an excellent layout and nice big windows allowing us to appreciate the surroundings. It was easy to come and go, very safe and secure, and the rooftop views are beautiful! I would most definitely stay again!"
