"It was clean. Safe and secure. We stayed 5 nights. We enjoyed the location; however, it was noisy at night some more than others due to street view and traffic. "

"only one chair in the room for 2 people. The room was not cleaned the whole time we stayed there, no change of towels (they are very strict on 2 per room and no more) etc. otherwise clean, comfortable bed, and we felt very safe. With fan on, traffic noise was muted. Overall not worth the price. A friend stayed at the Barcelo a few blocks away for 9 nights for the same price we paid for 4. Lesson learned."

"Stayed in 2 b/r, 1.5 bath, 1,000 sq ft first floor unit, overlooking internal courtyards on either side. Very comfortable, clean, had pedestal fans as no a/c (weather was cool, no problem). Strong Wifi. Great location on quiet side-street with 6 museos literally next door. Several Mex food restaurants and 7-11 store, metro station Allende close by. Very helpful staff with limited but adequate English. Will gladly stay there again."

"Price and location - unbeatable! Comfort and amenities - very good! Check-in/check-out process - super easy. Sense of security - Perfect! Cleanliness - only lesser rating of the experience. Bathroom floor, walls and sealer around the tub were not clean. Also, apartment light switches. Apartment would benefit from a deep clean. "

"The apartment is in a great location with an excellent layout and nice big windows allowing us to appreciate the surroundings. It was easy to come and go, very safe and secure, and the rooftop views are beautiful! I would most definitely stay again!"
