"I don't get the other complaints. I never had a bad experience in this place. All the staff were friendly and very accommodating. I never had a problem with checking in and checking out. The white girl, and the other brown guy were all helpful, and especially Rhonda who managed to extend my stay without making me double my deposit via debit card for the second check in on my extended stay, and she was very polite and pleasant. The hotel rooms were also clean and acceptable to my liking. The only downside for me is the older cleaning lady who woke me up in my sleep at 9 am and telling me I'm due for check out which we all know checkout is usually around 11am or noon. I assume she just want to start early on her tasks."

"Hotel was great but the gentleman that was our shuttle driver needs to work on his communication. He talks like I go to the airport all the time and know my way around but I was in the wrong spot and waited 45 minutes and then called again to find out I was in the wrong spot. "
