"The couper spiga is such a fun property - it felt like staying in a Milan apartment and I wish I would’ve found this property sooner. The rooms were gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. It is also worth noting that this is located right next to high end shopping and cafes. Would stay here again!"

"Definitely enjoyed my stay. Very convenient, walkable to main attractions and public transport. Rooms were clean and location gave me boutique hotel vibes. I arrived after the check-in time and was accommodated. The only thing I was not the biggest fan of was that there is no staff on premises. You must call on the phone for check in and check out as well of any questions or concerns. "

"We had a great time, check in smooth although you gotta check in in person by 4:40pm, otherwise virtual check in. We were celebrating our anniversary so Benedetta left us a surprise, soooo happy!! Thank you. Location amazing, so close to the castle and to Cadorna Station, Only 10 min walk from il Duomo. Will go back if visiting Milan again."

"Nice stay in Milan. Hotel was in a good location. I was surprised to have a suite in a different building than the front desk. Did not feel like a hotel. Room felt tight and bed was not comfortable. No privacy curtains on the bathroom with a storefront across the way making the experience quite unpleasant. "

"The place was ok, but it’s in an old building with no receptionist all the time. You need to schedule the receptionist to be there for your arrival time. You get to the first floor with the elevator and you open the door like you are getting into an office. On the floor it’s 6 rooms. For me specifically was very weird. The room was OK but very small. "This is a boutique-type property. Not your typical hotel, more like rooms for rent. The room was small but very clean. Comfortable beds, hot shower, a small refrigerator with some drinks & equipment for our morning coffee. A short walk from the train station. We did a self-check in that took a few attempts, but once inside, received our keys. Highly recommend."

"Fantastic location for a short trip in Milan and cannot fault the location at all. The check in process is confused. If you know what time you are arriving, phone ahead as there is no reception / self check in at the BnB, someone comes to meet you to give you the keys. The biggest issue for us was that the room was not very sound proofed and we could more or less hear conversations in the room next to us. "There is not reception in the building therefore you are getting all instructions via telephone. I got them all by WhatsApp. There is no elevator to 4 th flour and stairs are narrow. If you have heavy bag careful about the floor you books. Room was clear and the person I contact by What's app was helpful. The tram is just next road at back therefore it is noisy room. I do not care noise usually but It wake me up. Location is nice there are several restorant and cafees very close to hotel. "
