"We stayed for a week in the summer The property is a short walk to Sayulita village The house is fabulous and the outdoor space is stunning The property managers looked after us well Simple arrival and check out procedures The hill is a steep climb, but it does indeed get easier every time!"

"Ted and Brenda are wonderful hosts and their home is everything you would hope for a family Getaway. They were happy to share their knowledge for transportation to and from the air port including a stop at the grocery store. All the best places to eat and where to get a wonderful massage. "We stayed for 2 months at this property. The casa was as advertised…very well equipped. The property manager, Rene, was very quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Cleaning staff did a great job. It is however located on one of the busiest streets in Sayulita. Thankfully the traffic and noise subsided in the evening. The only downside were the free range chickens and roosters from next door. The roosters crowed on and off day and night which was really annoying."

"Our group of 7 came down to Sayulita for a wedding. The location is close to Downtown and the beach. Highly recommend getting golf carts just for the ease of traveling. The house is clean and meet all of our expectations. Marta made sure breakfast was ready for us before we headed out for the day. House was always clean when we returned. Pool is maintained daily. The only thing that might concern some people is the music you hear nightly from town while youre outside. Our group enjoyed it as...

"The house is amazing. Fantastic location right on the beach great kitchen lots of outdoor seating. One bedroom downstairs with king bed and ensuite and one general bathroom. Upstairs is reached by a staircase outside of the unit. One was a smaller room with a small queen bed and ensuite. The other was much larger had two queens and an ensuite. Both had ocean views The staff were fantastic could not do enough for us. Small pool which was nice. A perfect home on the beach"

"The home was a beautiful home. I just have some suggestions that would make it better. The stairs going down to the pool needs to have have handrails so older folks can get up and down them. Also I would suggest making the laundry room into a bathroom on the upper level and putting the laundry room on the 2nd floor by the staircase. "
