"I travel around the world for business, and this hotel has a bad customer service. There’s a lack of training and leadership. Towels and bathroom was dirty and dust everywhere. Restaurant food was the worst and expensive for the quality offered. I’m not coming I don’t recommend HPlus hotel. Bad customer service will keep people from returning to this place. When I booked this place it was the most expensive hotel in town, that’s why I booked, expecting the best of Palmas, but was disappointed. "

"Hotel com excelente relação custo benefício, bom café da manhã, quarto amplo, faltou smart tv. A única observação é que poderiam vender água de litro e disponibilizar uma bombona de água no café da manhã, pois nas o local mais próximo para comprar água a um preço razoável que encontrei foi no Saidera, cerca de um quilômetro do hotel. Também não gostei da metodologia de cobrança, pois o valor já foi debitado antes de eu chegar no hotel, não oferecendo se quer a opção de parcelamento dos valores...
