"I travel around the world for business, and this hotel has a bad customer service. There’s a lack of training and leadership. Towels and bathroom was dirty and dust everywhere. Restaurant food was the worst and expensive for the quality offered. I’m not coming I don’t recommend HPlus hotel. Bad customer service will keep people from returning to this place. When I booked this place it was the most expensive hotel in town, that’s why I booked, expecting the best of Palmas, but was disappointed. "

"Céu Palmas Hotel was very clean and upscale. We like the hotel and would stay there again. The only complaint we had was our room service took much longer than we were told, but it was most likely a busy night for them. "
