"Booked three rooms for 8 people. Didn't use two of them as 6 of the group refused to stay in the rooms. One mattress was urine stained, cobwebs blocked one of the bathroom doors, and one of our party is convinced one of the mattresses showed evidence of bedbugs. Reached out to hotels.com regarding a refund for the two unused rooms and was told it would have to be through the property, was placed on hold while they called the property and was told they'd just spoken to them and the manager would...

"I rented for my parents 50th Anniversary. They absolutely loved the location and the cabin. They love rustic, quiet places with the up north feel. They said it was a comfortable and peaceful stay. The property was beautiful and they loved the smell of the pines. Lot's of walking trails and things to do in nature. The host was incredibly accommodating and made them feel welcome.
