"Stayed 5 days at the Hyatt House. Had a double king room with full kitchen. The space and cleanliness of the rooms were very nice as well as the amentities. Staff was friendly. Having a laundry facility was nice, one suggestion though would be sell a free and clear pod instead of tide or have a couple of options for people allergic to tide. It would also be nice to have a wine opener and pizza cutter in the kitchen. Breakfast had nice options and I enjoyed the tea options. Unfortunately during...

"The Grand Hotel was pretty quiet during our stay. Sad to find out all the renovations happening, but looking forward to seeing what the new improved amenities will be like. "

"Pros: comfortable bar area and restaurant attached so didn’t have to drive anywhere or go outside in the cold; friendly staff, clean room (little worn), comfortable bed and variety of pillows; able to run the fan on heat/ac unit for those of us that love a fan on while we sleep Cons: shuttle service to airport not available until 8 am Didn’t use the pool area and was gone too early to get the included breakfast so no feedback for those. "

"Front entrance was warm & inviting. The room was spacious, and the amenities were great. We liked the full size fridge, the cooktop, and especially the microwave/oven combo. The TV was a bit small but it worked good. The only complaint or area we thought could used improved, was the mattress. Most hotels now offer "pillowtop" mattresses, but not here yet."

"Overall, I thought the stay there was okay. The complaint I have was that when it came to taking a shower, I couldn't adjust the water temperature. The water was purely hot only, and the faucet wouldn't allow me to adjust temperature, thus I wound up not taking as complete of a shower as I would have otherwise because of the water being excessively hot."
