The staff is very kind, courteous and always make me feel as an invited guest. As a long term stay property the option to dine out or cook your own meals is a great advantage. The property is clean and amenities such as laundry room or in need of towels or trash bags is a phone call away. Looking forward to my next stay at Candlewood.

Bree was AWESOME! She bent over backwards for everything and anything anyone needed with a huge smile. The gentleman working dayshift and the gentleman also working eventually my shift were AWESOME!!! The manager was nice but definitely looked out for the others working. Will stay at this hotel again in near future.

This hotel was clean and the bathrooms, showers, and bed were in good shape. The chairs need replacement mine had several holes in it and my couch also had holes. I was surprised they had no breakfast

Ordered 1 king size bed/room. Walked in and had 2 full size beds instead. No big deal. But when we took off our shoes we noticed the carpet was recently cleaned. Still wet and didn’t dry when left the following day.

Worst hotel ever
It was a bad experience. I stayed 9 days. No housekeeping the entire time. Garbage was piled up. Was told I had to clean and put it outside my door. No linen change. Ran out of body wash and no one at the desk from 10:00 pm to 10:30 pm even though I called numerous times and even went to the desk personally. No one there. Will never stay there again

There was the typical trashy hotel issues - unclean room with dirt/hair/etc. everywhere and the recliner in the room had the vinyl completely torn off it. Staff was slow and incompetent. But the biggest issue was I booked a "suite that sleeps 5" and they gave us a two queen room. The bumbling semi-incoherent front desk person kept defiantly stating that they could call that a "sleeps 5" room and that we were simply supposed to have 3 people sleep in one of the queen beds. I've traveled extensively for two decades and while I've stayed in some trashy hotels before, I've never had one simply outright lie about their rooms like this.

We enjoyed our stay with no complaints. They are currently doing some work in the building, but it didn't interfere with us. It should be even nicer when finished. No free breakfast is included, you have to buy some basic items if desired. With a kitchenette in our room, we were okay for breakfast.
