You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Peaceful & Convenience, near the beach and down town.

Beautiful condo, very comfortable and very clean. Sleep 7. Perfect place if you are coming with a boat. There is enough room for a boat and a few cars. The boat landing is only 3 minutes away “kawaguesaga boat/ canoe landing, and connects with lake Minocqua through the channel in less than a few minutes. This property is near the lake, perfect for summer get away, kayaking, boating, biking or trail walk and fishing trip.
Near to everything! Near the beach, and walking distance to the bearskin trails. Near restaurants, and shopping. Other things to note
Please have in mind that this the north woods. This condo is in the woods around a lot of Pine trees, so it could be a little messy outside from the pine needles some times, especially with bad weather.
You will experience some of the wildlife having your meals in the back yard. Quiet hours 10 PM. No fireworks!

We enjoyed our stay. The one thing I would say is that kitchen supplies were sparse. 5 forks for a place that supposedly is for 7 people. Not enough plates, etc. It was clean.

Very Clean
The property was very clean! Probably the cleanest VRBO I have stayed in. Great things: Clean, very close to downtown Minocqua, nice deck, lots of wildlife in the yard, owner provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, plenty of towels, the dishes are all in great shape, the washer and dryer was great too! Owner replied by text very fast whenever we had a question, very quiet area, close to stores, and let's mention clean again! Things that could be better: the king bed is broken or something because one side slants and it's not comfortable, the toilet is VERY small, more than a roll and a half of toilet paper would be nice, can't fit two vehicles in driveway easily, rooms get warm at night no matter what you put the ac setting on, and having to empty a dehumidifier is annoying. (When we arrived it smelt so musty, but she said crack the windows and keep emptying the dehumidifier, and we did, it got much better) Overall this is a nice place, and I would recommend renting it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the property was perfect, and it was exactly as advertised. We were looking for a place that was clean, and located close to other family members, and this was perfect. Susana was very easy to work with, and very easy to communicate with.

6 days stay
2 adults, 2 teen and a 10 year old stayed at this property. It was clean and organized. It provided everything to get you settled. We all felt that the rooms were a bit warm at night, but that wouldn’t stop us from going back.
