The City of Lights (aka Paris) might be the first to come to mind for romantic weekend getaways,
but we’re here to prove that the City of Lakes is just as special. There may not be an Eiffel Tower
here, but there is the iconic Foshay Tower, and instead of the Seine River, we have the scenic
Mississippi. And instead of tiny, old hotel rooms, we have this spacious, contemporary loft that’s
perfect for two to four guests in Minneapolis’ trendy North Loop neighborhood. So, whether you
are here for business, a romantic, adventurous getaway this is the perfect place for you.
This unit features unique photos and art from local Minneapolis artists. Enjoy these pieces room
by room while staying in this spacious suite.
--BED and BATH--
This condo can sleep up to 4 guests, but it’s ideal for couples, duos or solo travelers:
• Bedroom: 1 cozy bed separated from the rest of the suite
• Living room: 1 queen pull-out couch, large enough for 2 guests
There’s plenty of closet space in the bedroom, and contemporary artwork from local artists adds a
pop of style. And our freshly laundered, high-quality bedding will make you want to sleep late the
next morning!
The bathroom is located outside of the bedroom so it’s convenient for all the guests, and it
includes a large glass shower, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you
can pack light and look fabulous.
--LIVING SPACE--
Enjoy dazzling views of Minneapolis right from the comfort of your couch! With all the comforts of
home in the living area, where you can snuggle up for movie night on the cozy couch and enjoy
some freshly popped popcorn.
You’ll definitely want to plan at least one date night at a fabulous North Loop restaurant, but a
night in is also a perfectly excellent option. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could
need to whip up your favorite dishes, including dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware. Appliances
include a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, air
fryer and coffee maker.
Creating a sophisticated vibe, the loft features tall ceilings, polished concrete floors, and large
windows that let in lots of natural light.

Head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views of the Minneapolis skyline, plenty of outdoor
seating options, firepits and BBQ stations where you can try your hand at grilling a Minnesotan
classic, the Juicy Lucy.
On the first floor, you’ll find a swanky Member’s Lounge with a custom shuffleboard table.

*HOUSE RULES*
• All guests must be over the age of 25 unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity prior to check-in.
• Bookings made within 10 days of arrival will require additional documentation.
• Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• Minnestay uses a third-party to screen the identity and check criminal databases for all guests in order to confirm a reservation. Guests will be required to complete the screening by responding to an email sent by the third-party. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on the Safely website, under Terms.
• This is a 100% smoke-free property (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc). There is no smoking allowed on the balconies, rooftop patio, or within 25 feet of the building's entrances. Fees will be assessed for smoking in the building or unit.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, Bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• No pets allowed at Sable. This includes both in the units as well as common areas of the building including the 9th Floor Rooftop deck and 1st Floor Member's Lounge. Certified Service Animals are welcome (does not include emotional support animals) and will need to be mentioned prior to booking.
• Quiet hours: 10PM-7AM, strictly enforced. Noise violations could result in a minimum fee of $150 per violation.
• The Fitness Center facility is located in a neighboring building and is available for use at $10 per day plus taxes. Please inquire to reserve a pass for your stay.
• This building is located in an urban, downtown area and you may experience construction noise during your stay. As such, refunds will not be provided for noise-related disturbances.
• There are security cameras located on site.
• Loss of keys, key fobs, and/or parking passes will incur a $250 fee per key/fob/pass.
• Fines up to $2000 per violation will be accessed to anyone found breaking these rules.
• Direct Bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

Construction disclaimer should also be part ofall Sable listings until further notice; add to listing description if it is not already there (somewhere between the main listing description and the House Rules).
**Please be aware that there is currently construction on a structure next door to Sable. This may create some extra noise in the area (primarily during the day). Ear plugs are provided in each unit for anyone sensitive to downtown or construction noise.**

Nice place. Great location and views. Wow! Would definitely stay there again. Couple minor maintenance issues. One bolt on the toilet seat is loose. Also, the lav faucet stem needs lubrication. It works, but it squeaks and jerks. A bit annoying. Otherwise, great! Thanks.

Great location, accommodations, and amenities…though parking pass didn’t work, checkout boxes weren’t functioning and had to reset breakers twice to have electricity in half the unit. Despite these glitches we had a great stay and had good communication with customer service.

This property was beautiful. The area was in an awesome part of downtown, close to restaurants and coffee shops. My car battery died and the property manager walked block to her apartment to get her own car and came back and jumped my battery for me. Above and beyond service and impeccable property!

Quick Staycation with Girlfriends

Beautiful, quiet, safe and fun!
We loved loved loved our stay! Amenities were amazing-had a Vitamix and stove popcorn popper among many other wonderful touches to make it feel like home. The view is amazing and it’s so quiet and peaceful. Could have stayed much longer! Had everything you need. We were able to see so much of the city with the nice ride app and went around on bikes to the stone arch bridge and many other beautiful places. Absolutely recommend.

This was our first time using Keysafe . It took us quite some time to figure out all the steps. We also didn't know how to get from the parking garage to our room without leaving the building and walking around the building. Once we brought our luggage to our room we figured it out. 🙂 The location is wonderful. There was a block party down the street so the earplugs were helpful.

Fantastic view / a few snaffus
Getting in was tricky, but once you get it, it went well. The view is absolutely fantastic! The unit was not clean on arrival but the made it right. And this was the best well stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in. Waters and sparkling seltzer in refer. But also all the amenities you need to settle in and feel like home.
