"The workers were really nice and the front desk staff shared that cookies are set at 10pm, yes like santa clause, so that was a nice little warm treat🙂 Being able to cast to the TV at no extra was cost was super nice. The bathrooms aren't really updated but for the price, they worked just fine. "

"Listen, my son barfed in the room at 2:30am. The smell was awful and I was trying to clean it up with a damn box of kleenex and washcloths. I called the front desk to ask if they could send me some up some cleaning supplies. They declined and said they'd take care of it and got me in a room just two doors down for no charge. They could've kept my deposit and charged me for the two rooms. I'm sure there are published policies on how to handle these scenarios but when you're bleary eyed at 2:30am...

"A good place downtown. Room rate was good, but by the time you pay for the convenience of being downtown (parking, etc.) it is of course more expensive, but still competitive with other hotels in the area. Had some "merrymakers" late at night but staff was very prompt at dealing with the situation. Room was clean and comfortable, though we're some little items that appeared cheap or hasty. All in all, a good place to spend a night! I would definitely come here again."
