Hyatt Place Minneapolis Downtown

3.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (1886)
"No microwaves in room. Staff seemed unhappy being there. Rooms were clean and not dated. Wanted to stay a third night and was told they were booked. Went online and there were plenty rooms available. We left and went to the Hyatt Centric instead. In the end, Hyatt still retained our business. Received better service at another of their properties."

"We loved their system. The Sonder mobile app can be used as the hotel card key, as well as for any questions, requests, and stay info. Having a full size refrigerator, microwave, stove, and a washer and dryer all in the room made our stay much more easy and pleasant. The place is clean, looks brand new. I would definitely recommend it and I plan to stay at their hotels if they are an option in other cities we plan to visit. "

"Room was very nice we stayed in a double queen room. We stayed 2 nights for a dance competition. The lobby is very spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. When we called down for extra towels the second night, and asked for a bellcart when we were leaving, they were very quick bringing them up to us. The bed was comfortable. Lots of lights in the room!
